Good Academic Credentials :- Should match ATLEAST ONE of the following Eligibility Criteria :-

A)If Class X and/or Class XII are from :- a)ICSE/CBSE background - Aggregate average of Class X & XII >= 85% marks & a CGPA of atleast 8/10 (Or equivalent CGPA's/Percentages) at the Graduate & Higher levels. b)Other backgrounds - Aggregate average of Class X & XII >=90% marks & a CGPA of atleast 8/10 (Or equivalent CGPA's/Percentages) at the Graduate & Higher levels.

OR B)Regardless of academic excellence at the Graduate & or Higher levels - If Class X and/or Class XII are from :- a)ICSE/CBSE background - Aggregate average of Class X & XII >= 94% marks. b)Other Backgrounds - Aggregate average of Class X & XII >= 96% marks.

OR C)Regardless of academic excellence at the school level you are welcome to apply :- a)If you are a Graduate of the IIT's/NIT/BITS/Anna University & have a Graduate level (Not higher levels) aggregate average CGPA >=9/10 (Or Equivalent) b)If you are a Graduate of any other University/College & have a Graduate level (Not higher levels) aggregate average CGPA >=9.4/10 (Or Equivalent).

Excellence in Entrance Examinations :-

OR IITJEE AIR upto 2500 ranks OR AIEEE AIR upto 2500 OR BITSAT score >=350 OR Aggregate CAT/XAT score >=95 percentile OR GMAT score >=720.

Consistent credentials at the Graduation and/or MBA/Other Equivalent levels as well. While we insist on good academic credentials, we are qualification agnostic and welcome applicants with backgrounds across Arts / Sciences / Commerce / Management / Engineering streams with/without an MBA/Other PG equivalents.

Very Good Co-Curricular and/or Extra Curricular Credentials with good communication skills.(Verbal and Written English ). Demonstrated Leadership traits at school and college.

Highly entrepreneurial, has no problem working demanding schedules, in a small team, Enjoys delivering under intense pressure and high client/candidate expectations. Possesses High energy & enthusiasm.

Voracious reader, enjoying intellectual rigour. Fast learner who has no barriers to demonstrate deep learning on subjects/industries totally new to him/her. Has a flair for  Business/Industry/Leadership Research.

Confident and comfortable to work in a strictly meritocratic, performance driven compensation & reward model wherein a significant part of the total compensation & rewards are tied strictly to the individual's performance.

Associate–Executive Search – Candidates with 3-6 years of post qualification, full time work experience in any industry we service, keen on moving into an enriching career in Executive Recruiting. Should possess deep knowledge of atleast One Industry and have been an avid, regular reader of business magazines for alteast 2 years. Should have a referencable and demonstrated track record of excellence at work.

Senior Associate – Executive Search  – Candidates with 7-10 years of post qualification, full time work experience in any industry we service, keen on moving into an enriching career in Executive Recruiting. Should possess deep knowledge of atleast One Industry Cluster and have been an avid, regular tracker of that Industry Cluster for alteast 3 years. Should have a referencable and demonstrated track record of excellence at work going beyond the normal call of duty.

We are currently not hiring for any role above a Senior Associate. Compensation for all positions will be better than industry standards. Multiple positions are available at all levels. Exact details about the actual role, career path, selection process etc, will be shared with candidates whose profiles are of interest to us, on receipt of their profiles.
